at first i thought they were offering to pay a measly $25K to soldiers who had nuclear stuff tested on them... but it turns out they were just helping and cleaning up.
"We're finalizing the terms of a program to recognize the atomic veterans through a payment of $24,000 for exceptional service for each and every one of them."
